ANZ Spot Lucky Draw 2012
1. Lucky Draw eligibility
1.1 ANZ Spot Lucky Draw
2012 “Draw” is open to all eligible holders (“Cardmembers”) of ANZ credit or
debit cards (“Card”) excluding:
a) Cardmembers who are employees of Australia and New Zealand
Banking Group Limited (the “Bank”) who are involved in relation
to the Promotion, and/or the immediate families of such employees;
b) Cardmembers who are employees of S.P. Ng & Company, the
advertising agencies of the Bank or any other party directly related to the
Draw; and
c) Cardmembers whose Card accounts have been suspended,
cancelled or terminated before the crediting of the prize or prize money.
1.2 The validity of all
qualifying Card accounts shall be determined by the Bank in its sole and
absolute discretion. The Bank reserves the right to adjust or disqualify any
Draw chances accumulated by any eligible Card account.
2. Allocation of Lucky Draw chances
2.1 Cardmember will need to
submit an entry via email, after having charged a transaction to his Card
account at an ANZ Spot participating merchant during the
qualifying period from 1 August to 31 October 2012. A list of
participating merchants can be found at
www.anz.com/anzspot
2.2 Each qualifying
entry sent to anzspot@anz.com will be
accorded one lucky draw chance. Multiple entries for the same Card transaction
will be disqualified.
2.3 Cardmember will need
to enter the Draw by sending an email to anzspot@anz.com with the following
details:

All transactions made online or at the merchant’s premises
during the qualifying period must be posted and captured in the Bank's system in
order to qualify for the Draw. The winners will be randomly drawn from the pool
of entries by means of a computerised draw under the supervision of an external
auditor.
2.4 The qualifying
transactions and allocation of chances will be based on the date of transaction
and it has to be posted by 15 November 2012.
2.5 Lucky Draw entries
are not transferable to other card account(s).
3. Administration of Lucky Draw results
3.1 A random selection of the
winning entries will be made by means of a computerised system under the
supervision of the external auditors of the Bank, S.P. Ng & Company. The Lucky
Draw will be held on 15 November 2012, 3pm at the Bank’s office at 10
Collyer Quay, Ocean Financial Centre, #24-00,
3.2 Winners will be notified
by mail on the redemption details by 30 November 2012.
Results will be announced in
3.3 In the event that
winner(s) is/are found to be not eligible for the Draw, the prize will be
forfeited. The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to substitute the
disqualified winner(s). The Bank’s decision of the Lucky Draw result shall be
final.
3.4 By sending the entry email, the Cardmember consents to the publishing of his/her name, national registration/ identification/passport number and photographs and participate in the publicity activities of the Bank in relation to the Draw, without any payment or compensation, by the Bank without limitation.
4. Prizes
4.1
There are 3 Grand prizes of 2N
stay at Banyan Tree Phuket (worth SGD2,400) plus USD500 (SGD635) to be won. 1 winner will be drawn per country from

4.3 The cash prizes will
be credited into the winner’s Card account by 31 December 2012.
4.4 Winners of the Draw
may win more than one single prize if they have more than one eligible entry.
4.5 All prizes are not
exchangeable for cash or other items, and are neither transferable nor
negotiable. All prizes are subject to terms and conditions, which will be
printed in the winner’s letter.
4.6 The Bank will not be
responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or
any other aspect of the prizes. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant
participating in the Draw. Any dispute between a Cardmember and any merchant in
respect of any prizes shall be resolved directly between the Cardmember and the
merchant. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damages of any kind
resulting from the use of the prizes.
5. Decisions of the Bank
5.1 The decisions of the Bank
on all matters relating to the Draw are final, conclusive and binding and no
correspondence will be entertained.
5.2 Notwithstanding
anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right at any time
in its reasonable discretion to determine and/or amend, by addition to,
subtraction from or variation of, these Terms and Conditions, including but not
limited to the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners, and the
timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by these
amendments.
5.3 These Terms and
